Change of Subject or Module
Change of Subject or Module
Changes to First Year subjects will be allowed, provided subject prerequisites are met, up to four weeks after the start of Semester 1, i.e. until Friday, 4th October 2024.
The online facility (through MyStudentAdmin) for making changes to subjects will be open for the first two weeks of Semester 1, i.e. until Friday, 27th September 2024.
Subsequent changes up until Friday, 4th October 2024 must be processed through the Student Records and Examinations Office (SREO), West Wing, UCC. You can contact SREO using the Student Web Enquiry Form or call the office directly on (021) 490 2422/2423.
Second and subsequent years
Students wishing to register a change of module must do so via MyStudentAdmin no later than two weeks after the start of each Semester, i.e. by Friday, 20th September 2024 (Semester 1) or Friday, 24th January 2025 (Semester 2).
Once the online facility closes a Change of Module Form must to be completed by an Academic Unit on behalf of the student who wishes to amend/change their module selection within a programme.
Semester 1 modules cannot be changed in Semester 2.
No changes in registration will be allowed after these deadlines.
