The National Practice teaching in social work initiative (NPTSWI) in partnership with the IASW hosts online CPD events to support practice teachers.

Registration for these events is OPEN TO ALL and FREE for non-members and members.

Importance of CPD

In this video Clíona encourages practice teachers to think about what motivated you to become a social worker, to put a focus on those things that uplift and sustain you in your work, and to consider what nourishes you, what inspires you and how CPD can support you with this.

CPD supports the building of professional confidence and building our professional identity.
