Sustainability and Energy
Trans –and Multi-disciplinarity and Collaboration
Academics from Process & Chemical Engineering have played a lead role in developing transdisciplinary research on sustainability with peers across UCC and lead a university Research Priority Area on Sustainability in Society, (incorporating a research conference: Environmental Citizenship: Trans-disciplinary conversations on transitions to sustainability in September 2013) as well as developing a 'Sustainability & Modern Society' Seminar Series in 2012.
