  • Lecturer in Celtic Studies, Department of Celtic Languages and Literatures, Harvard University (1 year post beginning on 1 July, 2024; closing date: 15 April, 2024). 
  • Assistant Professor in Early Irish (tenure-track post), School of Languages, Literatures and Cultural Studies, Trinity College Dublin (closing date: 8 April, 2024).
  • Fully funded PhD scholarship in the Department of Early Irish, Maynooth University (closing date: 7 April, 2024; start date: September 2024).

  • Imagallamh: the Kylemore Summer School in Irish Studies, will take place from 9-20 June, 2024 in the University of Notre Dame Center at Kylemore Abbey, Connemara, and in Trinity College Dublin. Scholarships available (Applicants are invited to submit a one-page statement of interest and a CV to Sarah Deneher at sdeneher@nd.edu by Thursday 29th February).
  • Annual Vivien Law Prize established by the Henry Sweet Society for the best essay submitted on any topic within the history of linguistics (submission by September 30 each year).
