New UCC Students
If you are a new UCC student, you can logon to MyStudentAdmin using your student number and the password you were initially sent in your registration email.
All UCC students get email as part of your Student IT Account, your UCC email address is mystudentnumber@umail.ucc.ie
The password sent in the registration email can only be used once on MyStudentAdmin. You won’t be able to logon to mystudentadmin again until you setup MFA and change it.
To set up MFA:
log onto https://www.ucc.ie/o365 with your UCC email address and password and follow the instructions.
To reset your password after configuring MFA.
click on https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/
ask.ucc.ie is your first point of contact for questions about registration, exams, and more.
How do I use Ask UCC?
- Open the page
- Type a keyword like “exams” or “fees” into the search box
- If your question appears in the drop-down menu, click straight on it. If not, click the green “Search” box to bring up a full list of questions related to your topic.
