Biography
“Graduating from UCC with a BE Civil in 1980, I worked as a Consulting Engineer with Delap and Waller Dublin, Roughton and Partners London and Arup in Cork. I obtained a Higher Diploma in Environmental Engineering in 1996.”
“I entered politics and was elected to Dáil Éireann in 1997 and has served in many political roles including Lord Mayor of Cork and a member of Seanad Éireann. I’m currently a member of the European Parliament and a member of the Transport Committee.”
