How to apply
Before you apply
Before you make an application, it's important to be aware and familiar with the terms and conditions of our offerings. Make sure you read:
- Our Terms and Conditions (new) (which contains information on our Refund and Cancellation policies and our Attendance policy)
- The University's Data Protection Policy
- The Student Data Protection Notice
The Application Process
- Complete the appropriate Application Form for your chosen course (available on the course page)
- Once we receive your application form, we will acknowledge it by email.
- We will then check your application to see:
- if the course you have chosen is suitable for you based on the information you've provided us
- if there is a place available on the course
- If your application is approved and we offer you a place on the course:
- You must pay a non-refundable deposit of €250 to secure your place.
- You must pay all relevant course fees before the course start date.
- If you were a UCC student before, you must quote your student ID number. It will be used again for the new course.

You can pay for your deposit and course fees in two ways:

Credit Card
To pay by credit card you must contact infolang@ucc.ie to arrange a time to pay either over the phone or to call in to the office in person.
