Public on-street parking between 0830 and 1830 in the vicinity of UCC requires the display of a Cork City Parking Disc. Discs cost €2 for 2 hours of parking and are available at shops throughout the city.

FIELDTRIP 28 MARCH 2015:
- Meeting at Gaol Cross at 08:30am
- Travelling to Macroom/Ballyvourney area via car (4/5, depending on numbers)
- Parking in UCC Áras na Laoi car-park is free on Saturdays for those not taking cars
- Bring wet-gear, wellies/boots
- Notebook (hardback science book with graph paper), camera, pen/pencil
- Optional: Compass, measuring tape/s, snack/water/flask
- Lunch will be at Ballyvourney (BYO or avail of food at 'The Mills')
- Returning for 6/7pm (weather depending)
