Image Analysis
3D/4D Image Analysis and Visualization
3D and 4D Imaging Analysis Software
In addition to capturing high resolution confocal images, the Anatomy Department Imaging Centre processes images and data sets using:
- VOLOCITY 3D software from Improvision's Life Science Imaging; which includes volume visualization, restoration, object measurement, tracking and charting software.
- IMARIS Scientific 3D/4D Real time Interactive Data Visualisation software from Bitplane which includes, data visualization, analysis, segmentation and interpretation of 3D and 4D microscopy datasets.
