LECTURER IN MARKETING (2-Year Fixed-term from September 2007)

College of Business and Law

The College of Business and Law is comprised of the Faculty of Commerce and the Faculty of Law.In Commerce, the College offers a broad range of undergraduate, postgraduate and post experience courses to meet the needs of both public and private sector enterprises looking for high quality business education, knowledge and research.

Applications are invited for a fixed-term (two-year) Lectureship in Marketing. 
Applications are welcome from suitably qualified candidates within any area of Marketing. Preference may be given to candidates who teach in the International Marketing, Communications or Strategic Marketing areas.   Applicants should preferably have a PhD in a relevant discipline but those with a Masters qualification may be qualification may be considered. Relevant teaching experience and a good research profile are essential.   Some business or appropriate professional experience is desirable.

Salary scale (new entrants) €34,912 - €56,713
[There is provision for for subsequent progression to a higher salary scale max. €81,867]
