PDRS Briefing Sessions

In order to support the current cycle of Performance and Development Reviews (PDRS) a number of briefing sessions have been scheduled.  These sessions will also offer guidance on conducting reviews remotely

Briefing Sessions

Aimed at both reviewers & reviewees, these sessions provide an overview of the PDRS policy & procedures and guidance on conducting reviews remotely

  • Monday, 19th October, 14:30 – 15:30
  • Tuesday, 20th October, 10:30 – 11:30
  • Monday, 16th November,  10:30 – 11:30

Skills Sessions

In addition to the PDRS overview, these sessions equip both reviewers & reviewees with the knowledge and skills to maximise performance management

  • Tuesday 27th October, 10:30 – 12:30
  • Tuesday 17th November 11:30 – 13:30
