NB: Staff must attend both workshops to complete the programme

This workshop will show you how to take a step back, regain control of key timewasters, and strengthen your focus. It will examine how you can get your mind and focus working for you. Blending a new perspective on time with practical take home tips, this workshop promises to leave you energised with a clear path to regaining control over your time.

1. Planning Ahead
•Stop and take stock: Priming your brain for successful change
•The Essential Mindset for Time Management
•Investing Time in Design and Planning

2. In The Moment
•Distraction: why it happens and how to manage it
•Focus is a muscle: how to consciously develop focus in a multi-tasking chaotic world
•Expectations: how to avoid the time-wasting turmoil of self-doubt and frustration
•Time saving tips and techniques from industry leaders

3. Reflect and Refine
•How to make time management an ever-improving skill set
•Improvement over perfection
•Putting it all together with energy management
