Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the above two year fixed term whole-time post.The successful candidate will be Personal Assistant to the Head of College of Business and Law.
The ideal candidate will have excellent experience of MS Office (including PowerPoint and spreadsheets) and possess a high standard of all round secretarial skills.He/she should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to prioritise their workload effectively and meet deadlines.The appointee should also demonstrate an ability to take ownership/responsibility of assigned tasks. The ideal candidate should be familiar with working in a confidential environment.
The appointee will perform the duties of Personal Assistant to the Head of College of Business and Law, plan and maintain diary/appointments to ensure time is managed effectively; review post, assess and prioritise same, action matters accordingly; respond to enquiries (mail, phone, in person, email), organise travel arrangements, type correspondence, reports and PowerPoint presentations and preparation of papers for meetings.

Salary scales: €26,788-€39,365 (Scale A) / €28,198-€41,436 (Scale B)
