EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - STUDENT RECORDS & EXAMINATIONS OFFICE PERMANENT JOB-SHARE
Applications are invited for a permanent Job-Sharing Executive Assistant post in Student Records and Examinations Office.The successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day activities of the office, in the administration of examinations, registration, certification and in the maintenance of accurate student records. Duties will include:
- Responsibility for the issue of ID Cards to all students
- Assisting the Records Administrator in the validation of student records
- Assisting with Web and in-person Registration
- Maintaining student files for immediate access.
- Dealing with a wide range of student and staff queries
- Processing requests for Labels and Lists
- Providing Administrative Support for the Examinations Administrator for the duration of Examinations
- Assisting with processing and issuing of Examination Results
- Implementing on going IT developments
The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of administrative experience and an ability, as demonstrated by their experience, knowledge and skills to interpret and apply rules and regulations governing Registration and Examinations. The appointee will have a high level of competency in a wide range of computer skills.The appointee will be a highly motivated person with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and must be capable of working as part of a team.
Appointment will be within 50% of the following salary scales, depending on qualifications and experience:
€19,112 - €31,637 Scale A
€20,116 - €33,303 Scale B
