The ideal candidate will have extensive administrative and secretarial experience and a thorough knowledge of College procedures.A high level of competency in a wide range of computer skills, including word-processing, spreadsheets and databases is essential.
The appointee will be highly motivated with initiative and proven organisational skills.S/he will also have excellent inter-personal skills and experience of working in a confidential environment.The post-holder shall report to the Administrative Secretary in respect to the responsibilities outlined above.

Appointment will be within the following salary scales, (pro rata 50%) depending on qualifications and experience:
€26,788 - €39,365 (Scale A)/€28,198 - €41,436 (Scale B)
