Performance Management
The online performance review platform (e-performance) is now fully rolled out across the University enabling all 2021 performance and development reviews to be submitted via the online system. https://ucceperformance.simitive.com/ The form continues to be in the same format you are familiar with from previous years, with the added benefit of being able to schedule your review meeting online. You will also find a dedicated space to hold your CPD material confidentially in one place for your own record. The e-performance system also facilitates the prompt return of performance development related needs for your area. You will find a User Guide to e-performance here
PDRs during COVID
Working during COVID-19 requires a flexibility and rapid response to change which relies on frequent communication between staff and their line managers. Having consistency and maintaining engagement around the performance of work is crucial at this time. Not only does it provide some normalcy, it provides opportunity to align expectations and reprioritise as needed.
