Today's Irish Times & Irish Examiner feature 'Stress Busters' Cryan and Dinan

Todays Irish Times and Examiner both feature the work of Professor John Cryan and Professor Ted Dinan. The Irish Times article 'Irish based scientists find a way to beat stress by eating', The Examiner 'Prebiotics ‘can lessen effects of stress’, say scientists'

Profs Cryan and Dinan expain that in a recent study they have found by the inclusion of two prebiotics in the diet which encourage the growth of certain gut bacteria,  stress mood and behaviour can be affected.
