Dr. Downer to speak at Neurosoc, TCD

Dr. Eric Downer, Lecturer and Principal Investigator Department of Anatomy & Neuroscience, has been invited to speak at the Neurosoc Society seminar series in Trinity College Institute of Neuroscience.

The title of his presentation is “Cannabinoids and TLRs: Clearing the smoke on Multiple Sclerosis”. The seminar will be held in the common room in the Lloyd Building at Trinity College Dublin, on Friday 25th April 2014, at 1.00pm. All are welcome to attend.

Neurosoc is a society run primarily by postgraduate students in Trinity College Institute of Neuroscience, with a broad membership across campus and a vibrant schedule filled with talks and seminars from leading Irish and international neuroscientists. The society is keen to foster links, both socially and academically, between the clinical and basic scientists at both undergraduate and graduate level in Trinity College.
