Application Process

Prior to application

Prior to applying for one of our English Language courses, we would recommend that you read the Application Process notes and our Terms and conditions.

Application Process
  1. Please complete the appropriate Application Form for your chosen course.
  2. When we receive your application form, we will acknowledge it by email.
  3. We will then check your application's suitability for your chosen course and the availability of a place.
  4. A deposit (non-refundable ) of €250 must be paid when an offer of a place is made.
  5. Full fees must be paid in advance of the course start date if your application is approved.
  6. If previous UCC student, you must quote your student ID number. It will be used again in the new course.

Students must enrol and pay in full before attending classes.

How to Pay

 

Credit Cards are accepted.  Please contact infolang@ucc.ie to make arrangements to pay over the phone or in person at the Language Centre main office.
Fees can also be paid via TransferMate Global Payments system or via Bank Transfer

When filling the bank transfer form, please write the "COURSE INITIALS" followed by your name in the reference section of the form to help us locate the transfer more easily on our statements.   If fees are paid by bank transfer, please email details and proof of payment to  infolang@ucc.ie to ensure your place on the course is reserved.  

Terms and Conditions

  • Students must register and pay in full before attending classes, as places are allocated on a first-come, first served basis.
  • Courses will run only if minimum numbers are met to form a group.
  • If minimum numbers are not met to form a group we reserve the right to transfer students to another course or combination of courses, which would be compatible with their English level on entry.  If no courses are available to match a student's level on entry then a full refund will be given.
  • A full refund will be given in the unlikely event of a class not forming.
