UCC Main Athena SWAN Steering Group

This steering group will oversee the implementation of the action plan over the next three years, supported by the SEFS and COMH steering groups.  Part of the action plan includes supporting at least six departmental-level applications for Athena SWAN awards over the three years.

SEFS Athena SWAN Steering Group

The SEFS steering group, as well as supporting the implementation of the action plan at college level, will also oversee departmental-level applications in the College of Science, Engineering and Food Science.

COMH Athena SWAN Steering Group

The COMH steering group, as well as supporting the implementation of the action plan at college level, will also oversee departmental-level applications in the College of Medicine and Health.

UCC has committed to pursue at least three departmental-level applications annually, and three Schools are working on applications for November 2017 submission.

At least once annually, the main Steering Group makes a call for Expression of Interest Form (30kB) in planning a School-level application.  You can download the application form here: Departmental Application Form (28kB).

If you would like to find out more about making a School- or Department-level application, please contact Ann King, Athena SWAN Project Officer, by email at ann.king@ucc.ie or by phone at 021-4901994.
