UCC Mentoring Schemes

MENTORING plays a powerful role in shaping not just our careers, but the confidence, expertise, and networks we build throughout our working lives. Whether it’s navigating a new role, developing technical skills, growing leadership potential, or finding balance and purpose in a complex workplace, mentoring can make a profound difference.

It is a structured process where an experienced individual (mentor) helps another person (mentee) to develop their goals & skills through time limited, confidential one to one conversations.

A number of mentoring schemes are available to staff, each targeting different mentee categories.  The table below outlines the schemes and to whom they are relevant.
