Shift Your Stories, Break Old Patterns and Succeed in a Changing World - Lessons from Wonderland

Overview

This session uses the classic story Alice in Wonderlandto provide an interactive and light-hearted way to reflect on your personal stories, enabling you to identify steps to break old patterns, engage with opportunities ahead of you and tosucceed in a changingworld. 

We will thoughtfully guideyouthrough an exploration of personal stories and self-permissions, whilegiving you practical tools to helpyouunlock the power to believe in impossible things and to slay your Jabberwocky (the situations that become monsters in our heads).

The session will explore: 

  • Positive and negative stories we tell ourselves, and how to change our thinking that can be a hindrance (i.e. dealing with Imposter Syndrome)
  • An understanding of the importance of giving permissions to ourselves 
  • Embracing the opportunities that Wonderland (changing environment) presents
  • Overcoming perceived barriers and addressing difficult situations by slaying your Jabberwocky

This interactive workshop will include self-reflections and several interactive group exercises enabling a creative exploration of different chapters throughout the workshop.

It will provide tools to develop a personalised approach to empowering yourself, boosting confidence in your ability and pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone.
