**You must be available to attend both the Project Management session (7th Dec 2023, 9.30am - 4.30pm) and the Action Learning Set (16th Jan 2024, 10am - 11.30am)**

Overview:

At the end of this programme, participants will be able to recognise the characteristics of a Project and identify the lifecycle of a Project and the phases within that project. They will develop the skills to successfully manage a Project from inception to completion. They will learn to set priorities and manage time effectively.

• Managing Your Time Effectively (Covered on the Action Learning Set)
