Looking after our mental health is even more important now during the COVID-19 pandemic and UCC is constantly working toward positive mental health and wellbeing for everyone. From a variety of counselling services to direct staff/student advocacy, we work to promote a healthy environment on and off campus where mental health & wellbeing can thrive. There are a variety of resources available to everyone, including free mindfulness classes for practice in managing stress or anxiety.
