Staff feedback

  • I thought it was very effective.  Pat answered my questions in such a way that made immediate sense and that could be put to practical use starting straight away. It will help be to respond appropriately to hostile situations and potentially stressful encounters with colleagues.
  • It was an excellent course. I found it very enjoyable and helpful with a good mix of theory, literature, and practice. I will help me take a more mindful approach to my tasks and meetings at work.
  • It was very well delivered, an excellent workshop! It would definitely help to alleviate stress in the workplace if practiced regularly. It would also be very useful in helping to focus on tasks and not get distracted.
  • I was delighted with it. I thought Pat had a good knowledge of mindfulness, that could back up what he was saying which was very interesting.
