Overview
This interactive and engaging course will ensure that delegates leave with:
- A foundation knowledge of the Duty of Respect and Right to Dignity Policy
- The practical skills to communicate clearly and assertively when encountering possible situations of bullying and harassment, as outlined in the Policy
- The confidence to have ‘difficult’ conversations with others to prevent inappropriate behaviours of others from deteriorating or escalating
- The ability to engage in a visible way with harassment and bullying
