Alimentary Pharmabiotic Centre (APC) Positions available

The Alimentary Pharmabiotic Centre (APC) is a research centre funded by Science Foundation Ireland and headquartered in University College Cork, Ireland. The APC has recently announced a major research collaboration with the global pharmaceutical company, GSK, to develop new therapies for gastrointestinal diseases and is therefore expanding its research team.

The APC is currently seeking to fill the following positions:

Postdoctoral positions - Behavioural Neuroscience/ Neurogastrology
Postdoctoral positions - Neuroscience/ Immunocytochemistry
Postdoctoral positions - Neuroimmunology/ Gastrointestinal Immunology
Research scientist - ‘Omics’ Technologies
Post-doctoral and research scientists - Mucosal Inflammation
Postgraduate student and research assistant - Metagenomics/Robotics
Research scientists - Germ-free Facility and Animal studies
Research scientists - Flow cytometry and Imaging
Clinical fellow - Exploratory Medicine
Postdoctoral position – Microbiology
Postdoctoral and Research scientists - Lactobacillus Functional Genomics
