ResearchComp is a tool that helps
- researchers assess and develop their own transversal skills
- higher education institutions and training providers adapt their offer to researchers
- employers to be aware of the wide set of competences of researchers
By supporting the development of researchers' transversal skills, it fosters inter-sectoral careers.
A PDF report summarising responses, results, and a detailed overview of competences can be downloaded from the results page. The report includes information for all completed areas. All data are fully anonymised and may only be used in aggregated form for statistical purposes.
The tool was developed by the European Commission, delivering on the new European Research Area and the Skills Agenda.
