Please refer to the policy and guidelines documentation and complete the following forms (where relevant) in relation to Establishment and Probation:

• Probation Form - Prob 1 << Form to be completed and stored at local level
• Establishment Form - Year 1 & 2 << Form to be completed and stored at local level

Please be advised that HR will contact the relevant Head of School/Department/Discipline in relation to the completion of the following forms which will be reviewed by the Lecturer Promotions and Establishment Board (LPEB):

• Probation Report
• Establishment Report Year 1
• Establishment Report Year 2
