Staff Email & IT
How do I get my UCC Email Address?
You need your IT account to access UCC’s IT systems. To gain access, call the IT Staff Service Desk on +353 21 490212 and select Option 1.
You will need to give the Service Desk your staff number (found on your contract) when requesting access to your IT Account. If you don’t have your staff number, contact your line manager.
The Staff IT Service Desk is the first point of contact for UCC staff for all IT issues and requests.

Employee Self Service (ESS)
ESS is an online service for UCC staff to request and approve annual leave, book training courses, view payslips and more. For detailed information, user guides and FAQ’s please click HERE
