The Viables (dance) and Improvised Theatre
The Viables dance troupe @3 p.m. followed by CMC & School of Applied Psychology Applied Improvisation
Members of Cork Migrant Centre Women’s Group & students of the MA in Applied Psychology Critical Community Psychology class will engage in applied improvisation in which audience and group members can play together to enact words that relate to issues faced by refugees. Playback Theatre is an original form of improvisational theatre in which audience or group members tell stories and watch them enacted on the spot. This event is followed by a presentation of certificates of participation to young women from the CMC Women’s Group who participated in the MAAP Critical Community Psychology class.
