Cork City Regeneration Progresses with 16,000 sq. m. Copley Street Development

Property development company Lisneys yesterday revealed plans for a 16,000 sq. m., six storey office development in the Copley Street / South Terrace area of Cork City centre. The project is expected to create 100 jobs in construction and Civil Engineering in Cork.
Planning permission has already been secured for the development on the former Brooks Haughton site. The development is one of several major construction and civil engineering projects recently announced for the Cork region, including the BAM/Heineken events centre joint venture at South Main St, and flood defence infrastructure in Cork City and Clonakilty.
