This 'Astronomy on Tap' event happening next Tuesday, 21st January 2025 will contain public talks about astronomy from Cork professional astrophysicists. 

If you were lucky enough to get tickets on eventbrite to this event which is on from 7-9pm at the Franciscan Well Brewery, you will experience Sorcha Kennelly who is one of our Postgraduate students here at the School of Physics, UCC giving a talk about 'Cosmic Spiders'. 

Sorcha will be joined by Dr. Sofia Savvidou (Postdoctoral Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Astronomy in Heidelberg, Germany) who will also be giving a talk. 

An opportunity for Q&A's will be provided afterwards.
