Manager, Department of Government (1-Year Contract)
COLLEGE OF BUSINESS & LAW
The Department of Government is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced Manager to provide support, administrative expertise and supervision to the Department. This is a fixed-term 1-year contract post.
The appointee will act as Manager of the Department and will have a significant role in all procedures and practices for the effective functioning of the Department relating to its teaching and research activities.
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre and will have proven ability through extensive administrative experience of an appropriate nature, and considerable experience of working at a high level within a similar institution. A knowledge of, or experience in, the university sector would be an advantage.Excellent organisational, interpersonal and computer skills are essential.

Salary scale [new entrants]:€45,507 - €54,663 Appointment at this salary level is subject to grading approval.
