Applications are invited for a one-year half time contract post as Lecturer in Medical Education based in Kerry General Hospital.The appointee shall lecture in Clinical Topics and co-ordinate the teaching and assessment of UCC Medical students in their respective hospital.S/he will also work with the Head of Medical School / Director of Medical Education and other relevant staff in providing a key UCC presence in the hospital, supporting the clinical and teaching experience of UCC medical students.Candidates must be medically qualified and registered or entitled to register with the Irish Medical Council.Candidates must also show evidence of engagement in medical education, preferably in the area of clinical skills and procedures training.

Salary scale (new entrants):   €63,389 - €83,504 (pro rata 50%) & clinical allowance
