Are you interested in the history of the ‘revolutionary decade’ in modern Irish history, 1912-1923?

Do you have a personal or family connection with the events of those years?

Do you have any documents (eg official correspondence, private letters, diaries, pictures, etc.), stories or artefacts handed down from this period?

Would you like to meet and discuss your interests, documents, stories or artefacts with professional archivists and expert historians, in a friendly, informal setting?

Would you like to meet and chat with other members of the public who share your passion for the events of this decade?

Would you like to know more about the work of local & national historical groups that specialise in this field, many of which will be present on the day?

Would your children like to participate in a session of the roadshow specially geared to their interest in this period?

If the answer to any of these questions is yes,

then come along for a day of fun, interesting, local and national history!

Hope to see you there!
