25 Jan 2016

Arup Consulting Engineers and Tyco, the building services and controls giant, are among the tenants preparing to move next month to the landmark One Albert Quay development in Cork city centre.

The building is set to be fully let on opening in February 2016, and has already been sold by the developer John Cleary Developments to an investment trust for a figure of €58m.

The 170,000 facility meets the Gold LEED standard for lifetime building energy efficiency. The developers have released a promotional walk-through video via the Irish Examiner's website.
