NetApp Internship Programme

The NetApp Intern Programme serves as a pivotal platform for nurturing entry-level talent by providing invaluable real-world career experiences, project support, and fostering a robust talent pipeline for entry-level positions.
The programme's core mission is to offer short-term work opportunities that enable interns to network, receive mentorship, develop essential skills, and make a tangible impact while immersing themselves in NetApp's award-winning culture.
With a vision to provide transformational experiences for a diverse array of interns, the programme aims to refine their interests, passions, and career aspirations while contributing fresh perspectives to fuel NetApp's continued success.
EMEA Intern Showcase Presentations within the Cork Intern Programme are an initiative where EMEA interns at NetApp showcase their achievements and learnings through a series of comprehensive presentations. These presentations encapsulate the interns' entire internship journey, incorporating key performance indicators to demonstrate the tangible impact of the EMEA Intern Programme on the business.
The presentations are conducted in person at IHQ Cork, with an audience of fellow interns, team members, senior management, and their university stakeholders. Selected interns also have the opportunity to share their experiences with current university students as part of talent outreach efforts, aiming to inspire and provide insights to students seeking internships.
This initiative not only bolsters the reputation of the EIC Intern Programme but also seeks to attract top talent and cultivate relationships with partner universities.
