Frontiers in Plant Science

6 Sep 2018

BEES' plant molecular biologist Dr Rossana Henriques has just published a new paper in Frontiers in Plant Science

Dr Henriques and colleagues at the CRAG (Centre for Research in Agricultural Genomics, Barcelona), including a recent MSc student graduate, have collected and organised in a comprehensive review on the connection between light and the circadian clock and non-coding RNAs.

This review provides broad information on the available studies addressing how light regulated pathways can regulate microRNA levels, their processing and accumulation. It also expands from the small non-coding RNA world into long non-coding RNA studies, thus providing relevant information on the most recent works addressing this cutting-edge topic.

Title of publication:

Under a New Light: Regulation of Light-Dependent Pathways by Non-coding RNAs.
