Third Edition of Dr Fidelma White’s ‘Commercial Law’ Published

The third edition of UCC School of Law Senior Lecturer Dr Fidelma White’s seminal text on commercial law in Ireland, the EU and other important common law jurisdictions has been recently published by Round Hall Press

This third edition has been fully revised to take account of developments in legislation and case law, since the last edition, from Ireland and the EU, as well as other important common law jurisdictions, not least the UK, as well as various proposals for reform which would impact on a wide variety of aspects of commercial law.  Such developments relate to the e-commerce framework, agency law, sale of goods, payment, insurance, IP and dispute resolution, to name but a few.

Speaking following the publication of the third edition of ‘Commercial Law’, book author and Senior Lecturer at the UCC School of Law Dr Fidelma White said:
