Irish harpsichordist and Artistic Director of London Early Opera, Bridget Cunningham, performs music by Händel, Roseingrave, Geminiani and Irish music based upon Händel’s fruitful sojourn to Ireland in the 1740s. Händel’s harpsichord writing reflects his mastery of the keyboard, passion for the voice and rich glorious orchestral colours, all of which feature strongly in Bridget Cunningham’s performances. Displaying virtuosity and wonderful embellishments, Cunningham reveals the song-like beauty of the harpsichord. 

Cunningham has released her album Händel in Ireland Vol. 1 and is due to release a new album of Händel’s Eight Great Suites and world-premiere harpsichord arrangements of arias and overtures soon with Signum Classics.

All FUAIM events are free but ticketed and the capacity of each of our three venues is strictly limited in accordance with government restrictions on indoor gatherings and the need to ensure social distancing indoors.

In line with current government guidance, only ticketholders with a valid ID and an EU Digital COVID Certificate can be admitted to the venue. Masks are mandatory for all concert attendees.
