Alternative Rooms available for Booking

Following contact with the Room Bookings Office, if you were unable to find a suitable room for your booking, there are other room options listed below.

1. Áras na Mac Léinn is located in the centre of campus and has a number of specifically designed meeting rooms available for booking.  The Devere Hall, which is also located in Áras na Mac Léinn can be booked for events, such as Conferences, Concerts etc. and accommodates up to 432 people.

2. Lapps Quay is located in the heart of the city and business district. The Banking Hall which is located in Lapps Quay can be booked for events. In Theatre style seating the Banking Hall can sit 144 seats in a slightly generous arrangement. The indicative Banquet layout for a dinning function within the Banking Hall provides for 13 tables seating 6 per table.

3. There are Departmentally Owned Rooms in UCC, which can be booked by other Internal Departments by contacting the owner Department.  Details of these rooms are as follows:

Biosciences Institute Room 1.13 (seminar room - capacity 35/40):- Enquiries: Email only bsireception@ucc.ie
