Recent Graduation: Congratulations to recent graduate Dr Patricia Flynn
Congratulations to Dr Patricia Flynn who was conferred with a PhD at the UCC College of Medicine and Health Conferring Ceremony on Tuesday 11th November 2025.
Working with her supervisors Dr André Toulouse and Dr Collette Hand, Patricia completed her thesis entitled “Identification of Therapeutically Relevant Tumour-Associated Alterations of the Retinoic Acid Signalling Pathway in Glioblastoma.” Patricia previously graduated with a BSc Neuroscience from the Department of Anatomy and Neuroscience in 2018 and followed this with an MSc in 2021, we wish her every success in her future career.
Patricia and her supervisors, are grateful for the support received from Breakthrough Cancer Research and the Musgrave PhD Scholarship.
