The 2014 festival takes place over three days (19th-21st May) in six countries (USA, UK, France, Switzerland, Australia and Ireland). The Irish leg took place across 4 Dublin pubs (The Stag's Head, Odessa, 4 Dame Lane & Mercantile), while the Cork leg was held in the Porterhouse on May 20th, where researchers from UCC, University of Limerick and the Tyndall Institute gave talks on a broad range of research topics from nuclear fusion to fecal transplants. Dr. Downer’s talk entitle “High Hopes for Multiple Sclerosis” focused on the patient-orientated research currently ongoing in his lab.
