International Day of Women in Statistics and Data Science

Staff from the School of Mathematical Sciences, University College Cork have come together to support this year's International Day of Women in Statistics and Data Science
The day is marked with a free virtual 24 hour conference, hosted by the Caucus for Women in Statistics and Data Science
The initiative celebrates women statisticians and data scientists around the world. The first annual International Day for Women in Statistics and Data Science (IDWSDS) was launched on 11 October 2022 by The Caucus for Women in Statistics and Data Science (CWS), the Portuguese Statistical Society (SPE), and the American Statistical Association (ASA).
