FIRST LEGO League at UCC

It was inspiring to see our talented STEM leaders of the future competing in the FIRST LEGO League Munster Final at UCC recently.
The FIRST LEGO League introduces science, technology, engineering, and maths (STEM) to children ages 4-16 through fun, exciting hands-on learning. Participants gain real-world problem solving experience through a guided, global robotics programme, helping today's students and teachers build a better future together.
The programme enables young people to experiment and grow their critical thinking, coding, and design skills through hands-on STEM learning and robotics.
Congratulations to all the students and schools who took part in the competition. Thanks to Qualcomm for their support of the event and to UCC Engineers without Borders Society, LearnIT, and the staff and students at the School of Engineering, UCC for their continued contribution to STEM education in the community.
