Dr Susan Rafferty-McArdle
Biography
Dr Susan Rafferty-McArdle is Operations Manager of APC Microbiome Ireland and represents this Research Institute on the COMH Graduate Studies Committee. The APC is an internationally renowned SFI-funded research institute, which explores the role of the microbiome (microbiological community) in health and disease. Dr Rafferty-McArdle supports cutting edge studies in this area which aim to help patient and healthy populations. The Institute has a vibrant community of research students taking PhD and MSc programmes. Dr Rafferty-McArdle is responsible for inducting all new members of the APC team and oversees Human Resources for the institute.
