Health Matters Day
Health Matters Day
Historically, the purpose of UCC Health Matters Day has been to raise awareness on campus of the importance of keeping a healthy body and mind as a student and/or as a staff member. There have been many activities which raised awareness around health issues in past years.

- Health Matters Day 2014: included events such as treadmill and rowing machine competitions, laughter yoga, and a blood transfusion drive.
- Health Matters Day 2015: marked another year of health and success with events including a spinathon and the Marie Keating van on campus to provide free, confidential cancer information for both staff and students.
