Rachmaninoff: melancholy, hypnosis and triumph. Piano Concerto No. 2 (David Syme and Keith Pascoe, pianos)
The renowned concert pianist David Syme, the first UCC/Ritmüller Classical Artist in Residence, presents an exciting new series of lecture-concerts! He’s joined by Keith Pascoe, member of The Vanbrugh and one of Ireland’s most celebrated musicians. No prior experience of classical music is needed, as each of these classes is designed to enable everyone to appreciate the composers and their works in more depth.
Tickets: €15; €7 for UCC students; free to students in the School of Film, Music and Theatre (NB a ticket must still be obtained)
