21 Feb 2025

Over the course a further meeting and survey with members, activites of the new European Living Lab Hub demonstates continued engagement by Alliances and establish a clear direction of travel based on co-design needs and priorities.

The second ELLH meeting was held on the 28 January 2025 and presented synthesis of identified the needs of the European Higher Education Living Lab ecosystem and the activities the participants believed would help with their strategic aims and day-to-day activities as co-developed at the first meeting and through a post event questionnaire.

During the meeting the basic governance structure and framework for operationalising the ELLH was agreed and workstreams developed and refined. During the meeting and follow up survey, participants were invited to select which workstreams they would collaborate in and Team Leaders for workstreams were nominated.

Activities set a clear direction of travel for the Hub across: three workstreams:

  • Community of Practice, Communication Advocacy and Dissemination
  • Research Integration
  • Learning and Training Integration

Member survey responses reflect the strong appetite for the work:

  • 100% participant opted in for continued working cooperatively and collaboratively through the Hub
  • 25% of the responders want to collaborate on evolving Community of Practice, Communication and Advocacy
  • 42% of the responders want to collaborate on Research Integration
  • 31% of the responders want to collaborate on Learning and Training Integration
